At Daisy Dreams, we specialise in flower arrangements that last for years–preserved flowers, handmade crochet gifts and soap arrangements. Each piece is hand-wrapped with care, making them perfect for adding a touch of creativity and warmth to any occasion.
While we offer a variety of unique arrangements, we currently do not provide customisation options for our products. However, to make your gifts more personalised, you can add a name customisation to your arrangements! We always strive to create pieces that are special and meaningful!
Order
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, and follow the checkout process on our website. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach out to us!
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed immediately, and orders with express shipping could be delivered as soon as within the same hour!
If you've opted for standard shipping, it will be delivered within the time range you've selected!
Absolutely! Our handmade arrangements make wonderful gifts for any occasion. Just make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout.
*We will never include receipts in any purchase. If you need receipts to be included, please contact us after placing an order!
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, PayNow, GrabPay, ShopBack and other secure online payment options. You can choose your preferred method during the checkout process.
No, we don't have a physical store. However, there are times when we do retail pop-ups and partnerships!
On certain occasions, we also offer self-pickup!
Shipping
Currently, we only ship to locations within Singapore. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
We deliver to all main island locations in Singapore. We offer standard and express delivery options, and you can select your preferred delivery date and delivery time when adding our arrangements to your cart. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.
Our base delivery fee is priced at SGD 12, while express delivery costs an additional SGD 7.
It's important to note that we only use Lalamove and GrabExpress same-day delivery for all orders. This ensures that all your arrangements can be tracked and arrive the way we packed them (not in a cardboard box like some florists).
The delivery fees are best calculated at checkout, as we do have discounts and additional fees on certain occasions. Sometimes, we offer self-pickup too!
You can easily track your order by visiting your order status page—most orders will have a tracking link automatically added for you!

We have a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate the return process.
Please note that customised arrangements or personalised arrangements, such as name customisation, may be rejected for returns or refunds.
Yes, the fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct product.
Yes, certain items, such as custom arrangements and personalised arrangements, cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us!
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, but please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post it.
